In 90’s Bhilwara was rising as orthopedics hub but now a days it is well developed medical hub in the Rajasthan and its nearby states. As stated in introduction that the hospital started in 2009 as multispecialty hospital but mainly focused work and innovations done in the orthopedic department under the mentorship of Dr. Naresh Porwal. So we have started DNB (Primary & Secondary) in orthopedic Department since 2016.

Ilizarov Ring Fixator Surgery: The Ilizarov apparatus is a type of external fixation apparatus used in orthopedic surgery to correct deformity, limb length, infection control. It is use as a limb-sparing technique for treating complex fractures and open bone fractures; and also use to treat an infected non-union of bones, which cannot be surgically resolved. The Ilizarov apparatus corrects angular deformity in a leg, corrects differences in the lengths of the legs of the patient. Further developments of the Ilizarov apparatus progressed to the development of the Taylor Spatial Frame.
Cultured osteoblast transplant: AVN of femoral head is painful as well as a condition which hampers ur activity of daily living markedly. Total Hip Replacement is one of the modality to treat but in cost of normal hip. Core decompression with Stem cell therapy of cultured osteoblast is being popular because of hip preservation modality and it’s fantastic results too. This can even return your normal hip back if done within appropriate time. In this technique we process bone marrow to extract totipotent osteoblast which gets cultured and then applied near necroses head of femur.
